Positive: The room facilities were excellent.
Negative: There were only 2 problems - my check in experience was dire. There were no staff around. I don't do email on my phone and the vital email was sent out after I'd left home that morning. If there hadn't been someone at home to get the details for me, and a phone signal for me to contact them I would have been stuck. The other problem was the cosiderable level of noise from other residents right through the night.

Room had all I needed, good price, fresh and clean.
Positive: Facilities, clean, good location . Good WiFi. Quick response to queries and clear instructions on how to get keys. Free parking on site.
Negative: Bit tricky to find car park in the dark .
